But the Serious Organised Crime Agency (SOCA) is looking for a head of HR operations who is willing to get their hands dirty. The agency is looking for a ‘hands on’ practitioner to help tackle organised crime that costs the UK about £40bn a year. Based in London, the £65,000-a-year role requires strong leadership and excellent communication skills, according to the job ad.
