Cezanne Software to deliver seminar: ‘Sharing Best Practice – How to achieve a successful roll out of strategic global HR software’ at the CIPD HR Software Show

Cezanne Software, a global provider of HR and Talent Management software solutions, is to host a free seminar at the CIPD HR Software Show this year.

The seminar will take place on Wednesday, 16th June at 15:15 (BST) and draws on Cezanne Software’s more than 20 years’ experience of implementing global HR solutions for hundreds of organizations worldwide. It will provide practical tips on how to ensure that global HR implementations deliver cost efficiencies as well as higher levels of employee engagement, retention and productivity.

Global HR Software Solutions

Visitors to the show will also have the opportunity to see a demonstration of the latest version of Cezanne Software’s global HR and Talent Management software systems. These HR solutions, which have been designed from the ground up to support international organizations, help HR professionals to not only improve the management of day to day HR activities, but support strategic HR processes including talent, performance and compensation management across global boundaries.

Cezanne Software will show how their global software provides a single, consistent view of people, positions and performance across multiple operating units. Powerful query and reporting, including executive dashboards and integrated organization charting, allows information to be viewed at group, region or local county level, helping teams to think global while acting local.

The multilingual capability of the software means that when users in different countries log-in, all data forms, reports, messages, email notifications and prompts can be in their native language.

Designed to be implemented alongside existing HR and ERP solutions, such as PeopleSoft/Oracle and SAP, these systems provide the flexibility and comprehensive functionality lacking from these solutions. Importantly, they can also be deployed much more rapidly

Software as a Service (SaaS) – lower costs, incremental updates

Cezanne Software’s solutions are available on a Software as a Services (SaaS) basis – another important benefit for international organizations as it makes the system easier and cheaper to deploy and manage.

Julie Windsor explains: “SaaS is fundamentally different from hosting. With hosting, clients benefited from having someone else take care of their IT infrastructure for them – but usually at high cost and with all of the traditional issues associated with implementing new software releases”.

“With SaaS, our products are architected in such a way that our customers benefit from lower costs – and a continuous program of system updates, which are provided for free as part of the service. Currently we provide new features to our customers every two months, and it’s seamless. Once the update has been applied, customers simply log on to their system and the new features are immediately available to them. In fact, the benefits are so significant that today most of our clients are choosing our SaaS option.”
