Cornerstone OnDemand, the provider of on-demand, integrated learning and talent management software and services, is exhibiting its state-of-the art products at this year’s HRD exhibition.

The California-based company, which has European offices in London, Paris, Munich and Tel Aviv, and whose integrated Talent Management Suite is now available in 13 languages and serves over a million users around the world, recently reported that 2007 was a record year for the company.

At HRD, Cornerstone OnDemand – which supplies clients including Allied Irish Bank Group, Aon, Honda and Pitney Bowes – will have on show the recently released version of its software which provides one centralised, highly graphical view of all the talent activity in an organisation to engage and empower the workforce.

This ‘Winter 2008’ release is designed to help organisations engage their workforce with Cornerstone’s new highly graphical interface, evolve their talent strategy with new flexibility and expanded extended enterprise functionality, and empower their people with MyTeam, a revolutionary approach to managing teams on a daily basis.

“MyTeam and the Cornerstone Winter 2008 release is a turning point in the integration of learning and talent management,” said Vincent Belliveau, General Manager EMEA, Cornerstone OnDemand. “Never before has a manager been able to truly get a holistic view of how their employees’ learning and development activities impact performance, succession and organisational success.”

”Our integrated learning and talent management software is configurable for each user, giving it both extreme flexibility and ease of use,” Belliveau added.

“Moreover, as a Software-as-a-Service offer, there is no installation or customisation work required. This means that customers can reap the benefits of Cornerstone’s Talent Management Suite in just a few weeks as well as benefit from a lower total cost ownership. In addition, users are guaranteed to always access the latest version of the software.”

Cornerstone OnDemand was recently named as one of the world’s top three talent management software providers in Bersin & Associates’ study.

“At HRD, we’re giving the UK’s key decision makers in talent management the chance to try out our products for themselves – and put Bersin’s judgment to the test,” Belliveau said.
