Cornerstone OnDemand’s extended enterprise solution increases business success

Cornerstone OnDemand, provider of on-demand, integrated learning and talent management software, content and services, today announced growing demand for Cornerstone Extended Enterprise.

Cornerstone’s Extended Enterprise solution, which is used to deliver training, certification programmes and knowledge assets to a company’s extended enterprise of resellers, suppliers, distributors, customers and members, helps organisations increase top-line revenue from more productive channels, reduce the cost to sell to, and service, customers and channels, as well as increase brand awareness and loyalty.  

Cornerstone understands and specialises in the business challenges and unique requirements of servicing this distinct audience.

Cornerstone Extended Enterprise has been further enhanced to address these requirements and train, certify and disseminate information to partners and customers more effectively. 

Solution highlights include: 

User Experience – Cornerstone Extended Enterprise now provides guest-user access, which allows access to designated functions without forcing users to log into the application.

This enables a business-to-consumer environment where people can search and browse for training, certifications and knowledge offerings before registering for, or buying, the related items.

In addition, Cornerstone Portal Builder allows clients to create custom portal pages on top of, or within, the application to both enhance user experience and provide a comprehensive portal and learning management solution.

Training, Certification and Knowledge Management – Cornerstone OnDemand’s Extended Enterprise solution allows organisations to deliver full curricula including blends of e-learning, traditional instructor-led training, virtual classroom sessions, certifications, knowledge assets, tests, evaluations and surveys – with full reporting tools and dashboards – in 13 languages to its vast network of customers, members and partners. 

Profit Centre Support – Cornerstone Extended Enterprise includes an e-commerce engine that allows clients to charge for any of the assets available to its extended enterprise users.

The robust configuration settings and business rules allow organisations to set prices by user group and/or individual asset, and provide full support for multiple currencies.
