Denplan celebrates Top 100 ranking

by Personnel Today 8 Apr 2010
by Personnel Today 8 Apr 2010

Denplan is delighted to announce its recent placement in the ‘Sunday Times 100 best companies to work for 2010’ listings for mid-sized companies, placing inside the Top 25 companies to work for in the UK for the seventh consecutive year!

The awards were held at Battersea Evolution in London, and are open to all UK companies to distinguish between ‘the good and the most outstanding’.  Despite a tough year, Denplan is still one of the best places to work, according to its employees, with an overall ranking of 17th.  Its secret has been to be honest and open with staff and increasing communication through extra briefings and Q&A sessions. And, considering that 964 companies entered this year, Denplan could not be more proud of the result.

Steve Gates, managing director at Denplan said: “This year’s ranking is a real testament to the team here at Denplan, who continually rise to meet the challenges facing the dental profession today. It’s also hugely gratifying to know that Denplan were rated 7th for ‘Giving something back’, 9th for ‘My Manager’ and 11th in the ‘Leadership’ category. This winning attitude is the key to our success as the leading dental plan specialist and what makes us the number one choice for our customers.”
