While plenty of companies now have home or virtual working policies in place, many would admit there are still management issues that need to be addressed.
Academy Internet is looking for people who either manage or participate in virtual teams to take part in a survey to gather data, which it hopes will support the content of a new training course it is putting together.
Academy Internet development director, Jason Woodford, says:”While leaders strive to improve employee retention and motivation, they risk losing good people through a lack of tools and techniques to manage their dispersed teams.”
He says that as well as appearing in case studies, respondents will receive a free good practice checklist.
