The Ashley Kate Associates Group has recently launched a new highly sophisticated recruitment website courtesy of HotLizard the experts in online recruitment.

The Ashley Kate Associates Group has an enviable reputation as a leading national recruitment consultancy specialising in the recruitment of Human Resources professionals at all levels and required a website which would reflect this.

The new website needed to reflect their corporate identity whilst offering enhanced functionality, excellent usability through easy and intuitive job searching.

The new website uses sophisticated functionality to strengthen and build on Ashley Kate Associates’ web presence.

The advanced Search Engine Optimisation technology at the heart of the site ensures individual vacancies are indexed by Google and other search engines, giving client campaigns terrific visibility.

This is the same technology used in HotLizard’s high profile job boards such as Jobs.Telegraph.co.uk and will ensure that relevant candidates and clients find specific jobs, news and information directly from the search engines.

In order to achieve the maximum possible candidate reach for their clients, consultants need to advertise vacancies as quickly as possible.

HotLizard has used its experience of working with Broadbean to integrate Ashley Kate Associates’ recruitment website with Broadbean’s multi-posting service, which will result in a clients vacancy advertised to the largest number of relevant candidates instantly, through their website and also specialist job boards.

Additional value added services can be offered to clients, through Featured Jobs and a sophisticated resources area which will provide access to the latest HR news, information, case studies and white papers.

Job Alerts by Email and client branded advertising complements this further and is designed to enhance the user experience and deliver results for their clients and candidates.

The launch of this website is the first stage of an exciting internet strategy for Ashley Kate Associates, Naomi Asher, Director Ashley Kate Associates Group says about the new site.

“we are delighted with our redesigned web site and anticipate the revamped infrastructure and easier-to-navigate pages will assist both our candidates and our client to focus on the specific areas they require, whether this be searching for a job, reviewing our latest salary survey or registering a job” Hilary Hurt, Director Ashley Kate Associates Group continues

“we have done everything we can to make this site as simple and straightforward as possible and we hope our candidates and clients enjoy our new site “

“This is an exciting time for Ashley Kate Associates and HotLizard is proud to be working with them as their web partner. The Human Resources market is an extremely important market sector and the Human Resource Professional a sophisticated recruiter and candidate. This website places Ashley Kate Associates in a prime position to attract the best candidates for their clients.”
