HR moves: Epson Europe, the HR Society, Paul UK

A round-up of the latest HR appointments.

Ethan Kelly-Wilson has joined Epson Europe to head up the provision of HR, payroll, systems and benefit services across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Kelly-Wilson will be based in the UK offices in Hemel Hempstead. He has previously worked as a project director at the Institution of Civil Engineers and has managed a number of award-winning projects.

Angela O’Connor has been appointed as the first female president of the HR Society, replacing outgoing president Professor Andrew Mayo. O’Connor is chief executive of HR consultancy The HR Lounge and has previously worked as chief people officer at the National Police Improvement Agency and as HR director at the Crown Prosecution Service.

Bakery Paul UK has promoted former HR director Esther O’Halloran to managing director. O’Halloran joined the firm in 2006 from cosmetics firm SpaceNK. Last year, her team won the HR team of the year award at the Personnel Today Awards 2010.
