HR services firm Ceridian will create 250 new jobs at its Glasgow branch over the next three years.
Ceridian operates from 12 locations in the UK and aims to add to its existing 80 staff members already in western Scotland.
The expansion plans are being supported by the Regional Selective Assistance, a grant scheme administered by the Scottish Executive aimed at encouraging investment and job creation in Scotland.
Doug Sawers, managing director of Ceridian in the UK, said a number of regions in the UK were considered. “A major consideration, as we recruit more HR and payroll professionals, is the very inherent customer service and IT professional service skills in the area.
