ISS cleans up with Ceridian

ISS UK, the leading facility services company, has selected a talent acquisition solution from Ceridian, one of the largest providers of human resource services in the world.

The solution extends the relationship between the two companies, with Ceridian currently providing payroll services for 42,000 ISS UK employees.

Richard Bishop-Laggett, HR Services and Development Director for ISS said:

“We already have an excellent partnership with Ceridian. Having completed the outsourcing of our central payroll function last year, on time and on budget, it was a natural choice to look at Ceridian’s talent acquisition solution. Their web-enabled technology gives us several wins.

“It allows us to automate, streamline and improve our recruitment process, fully utilising the cost-effective routes to market the internet has brought, as well as improving prospective candidates experience of our brand.”
