by Personnel Today 19 Jun 2009

Jobpartners, a European leader in people and talent management, will be exhibiting and speaking at the CIPD Recruitment Exhibition 2009, which is taking place at the Olympia Conference Centre in London between 17-18 June 2009.

The CIPD Recruitment Exhibition 2009 and the co-located HR Software show, offers a chance for organisations to get up to date on the latest trends and solutions in recruitment.

The show will be highlighting the best ways to attract a highly-skilled workforce and reduce recruitment costs using the latest technology.

Jobpartners will be showcasing its ActiveSuite of flexible and collaborative applications that enable organisations to effectively attract, connect, develop and retain the quality people they need to remain competitive in today’s global business environment.

Jobpartners’ comprehensive people management solutions address e-recruitment, internal mobility, performance management, career planning, succession planning, compensation planning and management and corporate social networking.

During the event Richard Doherty, VP Solutions Consulting at Jobpartners, will be highlighting how Jobpartners’ ActiveRecruiter solution has benefited a number of organisations, including 3 which is one of the UK leading mobile networks.

Since using ActiveRecruiter, 3 has been able to reduce its reliance on external recruitment agencies with a significant increase in direct hires. The solution also enabled 3 to reduce overall administration, by making it possible to simultaneously post jobs to multiple recruitment channels.
