Kenexa, a global provider of talent acquisition and retention solutions announced its acquisition of Quorum International, a leader in providing recruitment process outsourcing services throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa for almost ten years.
Kenexa’s Chief Executive Officer, Rudy Karsan, said,
