“We are very fortunate to have forged strong partnerships with our clients over the years. As a result, our clients have advised us on the enhancements to our content catalogue and administrative functionality that will allow them to identify the most highly skilled candidates, assess training needs for candidates and employees, and assess the effectiveness of employee training programs in the most efficient manner,” said John Valenti, managing partner, Kenexa. “In addition, our infrastructure has grown not only to accommodate an aggressive development schedule, but to engage in extremely innovative custom assessment projects that complement the cutting-edge talent acquisition and retention strategies of specific clients.”

Kenexa plans to continue to expand the Kenexa Prove It! content library in 2009.
