LMS supports distance learners

Employment and training service provider Seetec Group has chosen the Pathlore learning management system (LMS) to support its thousands of disparate learners.

Seetec believes the system – supplied by the Matchett Group – meets its desire to offer its learners a web-based learning community, equipped with a comprehensive set of learning tools.

“This is a great opportunity to give our students a professional distance learning tool to complement the quality IT training courses we offer,” says Mary Moss, training services manager at Seetec.

The Seetec Group is made up of three divisions and operates from 24 locations within the UK. It has trained about 15,000 IT practitioners and some 100,000 IT users. It manages more than 10,000 Government-funded employment and training opportunities.
