How long?
This course is offered one year full-time or two years part-time, which is by afternoon and evening study at our Ealing Campus.
Entry requirements
Applicants will need a first degree qualification (2.2 or above).
Modules
Phase 1 modules includes Managing and Leading People, Managing for Results, Managing in the Strategic Context, Managing Resources
Phase 2 modules include People Management & Development, Generalist Electives (Employee Relations, Learning and Development, Employee Reward, People Resourcing), The Thinking Performer, and Dissertation

If you are intending to become, or are already a practising human resources manager, this course gives you the opportunity to develop an integrated view of human resource management, enhancing your professional knowledge and developing your analytical skills. The course offers modules, which have been validated jointly by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and by the university.
