We are pleased to announce that Michael Moran, CEO Fairplace, has been elected as the new Chair of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) – Central London Branch, effective immediately.

Michael is honoured to accept the Chairmanship; he is succeeding Barry Hoffman, UK HR Director of Computacenter.

The Central London Branch is one of the largest of the 48 UK branches with over 6000 members and has the greatest concentration of Head Offices represented within a CIPD Branch.

Most of the members work in central London and have elected to join this Branch.

Michael has extensive Human Resources experience gained across the Insurance, Commodities and Derivative industries together with his time in the NHS.

Since 1998 he has had a leading UK role in career and talent management consulting.

Michael is a Fellow of the CIPD, has a degree in Economics, an MBA from Warwick Business School and is a fully-qualified coach.
