MrTed, the leading global provider of Talent Acquisition Solutions, have experienced unprecedented demand for their unique range of Direct Resourcing Think Tank (DRTT) roundtable sessions.
These events have successfully brought together many dedicated HR Professionals over the past four months to discuss high level recruitment topics and initiatives in the UK marketplace.
Due to popular demand, the DRTT has organised five additional roundtable events which will discuss topics such as recruitment in an economic crisis, the plan for recovery and working with contractor based teams.
The next event will take place on Friday March 20th, 2009 in London and will be followed by sessions on March 27th, April 3rd, April 24th and May 5th, 2009.
“With recent headlines surrounding pay freezes, company closures and unemployment rates reaching an all time high, HR professionals need to think outside the box and find new ways to attract new talent and keep existing staff motivated. These roundtable sessions allow the HR community to share tactics and help one another overcome challenges during the financial crisis,” said Charles Fiddes-Paynes, MrTed.

n response to these figures and fears, the Direct Resourcing Think Tank was created to allow HR Professionals a safe place to ask questions, discuss hot topics and learn how others are coping with similar HR issues.
Key areas that have already been discussed among the many participants are the use of social networking sites, company branding, the cut in recruitment budgets and the need for improved technology.
The Direct Resourcing Think Tank has several more events planned over the course of the year.
