networx crowned as “Best Recruiter” by Candidates

Leading online recruitment specialists networx have been officially recognised as the UK’s Best Recruiter, by candidates at this years’ Jobsite  RecruitRank Awards held in London on Wednesday 11th November.

As finalists in 4 categories, networx also won Best Understanding of Candidate Needs before scooping the prestigious award of   Best Recruiter (High Volume Jobsite User) to compliment last years’ award of Best Candidate Communication.

The recruit rank Awards were launched 4 years ago by Jobsite

As the only accolades in the industry based wholly on the feedback provided by candidates, the awards are designed to recognise excellence and provide a true indication of the quality of service that is delivered to candidates by the best recruitment companies across the UK.

Following the awards, Director of networx, Andy Pierson commented:

“Whilst it may have been a tough year for all recruiters, these awards pay testament to the hard work and commitment that networx continue to deliver to each and every candidate on behalf of our clients. Being recognised by candidates as Best Recruiter, must surely lay to rest the cynics that believe the use of technology is detrimental to the candidate experience. Used in the correct manner, we not only make the process more efficient for our clients but as highlighted it helps reflect the expectations of candidates. I am extremely proud of everyone within the business. “
