Diane Gwynne has joined the Gerald Eve property firm in the newly created role of director of people and policy. She will provide a more focused and strategic approach to recruitment and personal development. Gwynne was previously head of HR for Europe at music giant Sony.
Retailer Selfridges has promoted Maria Stanford to the role of HR director, reporting directly to chief executive Paul Kelly. She joined the luxury store two years ago as head of HR, having previously worked for Pret A Manger and Marks & Spencer.
Karan Usher has become head of personnel at food processor Seachill. Usher was previously personnel manager at Tesco.
