Office
politics cost British companies £7.8bn a year in lost productivity, according
to research.
The
average workplace wastes more than an hour a day due to managers arguing.
The
survey by internet jobsite Reed.co.uk claims that flirting and office affairs
also cost British business £150m a year in lost productivity.
"The
office is a school playground full of bullies troublemakers and flirts.
Politics is a huge problem," said Reed boss Paul Rapacioli.

survey polled 1,700 temporary staff.
