Crawley Council has appointed Lucasta Grayson as head of HR and development. She will be responsible for all aspects of HR, particularly focusing on strategy.
Maria Ferguson is now director of HR at leisure and entertainment company Aspers Group. She will set the HR agenda for the group, with growth strategies as a priority. Ferguson was previously a business partner at the Royal Bank of Scotland.

Wayne Morgan has joined 3D Entertainment Group as head of training. Working in the people department, he will lead employer training across the group’s operations, including Chicago Rock Cafes and Jumpin Jaks.
