Interim HR director and executive recruitment specialist Philip Guy has joined AshtonPenney, the AIM-listed interim management provider, as head of its HR practice. His role will be to grow its practice and establish it as the principal supplier of HR interim executives.

Peter Wilkinson has been appointed director of HR Services for Walsall College in the West Midlands. He was previously director of HR for the Criminal Cases Review Commission.
