International property development and fund management group Grosvenor has appointed Sylvia Hamilton to the newly created post of group HR director. She will provide advice and support on HR issues for all the group’s operating companies.
Jonathan Tarttelin has joined BrightHouse retail chain as HR director (see next week’s Top Job). He takes responsibility for all the HR issues across the company’s 143 stores and 1,400 employees nationwide.
