Linda Scott has joined the British Transport Police as HR director from her previous role as head of policy at the Crown Prosecution Service. Scott will lead a team of 80 HR staff.
Diversity consultancy Schneider-Ross has appointed Freddie Alves as director of global diversity and inclusion. Alves will join the company in April and head up the global diversity network.
The Learning and Skills Council (LSC) has appointed Ray Dowd as its agenda for change champion. He will lead on the LSC overhaul of post-16 learning and skills. He is currently principal and chief executive of Wirral Metropolitan College.
