Andrew Powles has been appointed assistant director, people and performance at the Identity and Passport Services (a Home Office agency), with responsibility for developing reward, diversity and employee relations strategies. He was previously people policy manager at insurance firm Prudential UK and Europe.
Tomas Leal has joined technology supplier ITT Corporation as director of global inclusion and diversity. He will help integrate global inclusion and diversity strategies. He joins from petroleum giant BP, where he was regional diversity and inclusion manager for Africa, the Middle East, Russia and the Caspian regions.

Financial services business Yes Group has appointed Elizabeth Forster as senior human resources and projects manager. She will help to streamline business processes and increase efficiency. Previously she was HR manager at engineering firm Mabey & Johnson.
