On the move: latest HR appointments

• Regional housebuilder Millgate Homes has appointed Richard McNamara as a non-executive director with special responsibility for HR issues. McNamara was director of HR services for the Tenon Group – which provides business advice to owner-managed businesses – until March 2004, when he left to set up his own HR consultancy.
  
  


• Carrie Lloyd has taken up a new role as HR manager at Sevenoaks District Council. She was previously senior HR adviser at Dartford Borough Council.
  
  


• Christian Vasino has been appointed chief HR officer at global recruitment and HR consultancy Adecco. Vasino joined the company in 2003, when he started out working for Adecco Italy as HR director.
