On the move: Valerie Hughes-D’Aeth, Trasie Woolley, Debbie Middleton

Infrastructure engineering consultancy firm Amey has appointed Valerie Hughes-D’Aeth group HR director. Hughes-D’Aeth joins from global IT firm Steria, where she was HR director. At Amey, D’Aeth will oversee the HR function, which covers the firm’s 9,000 UK-based employees.

Trasie Woolley has joined engineering, consulting and construction company Black & Veatch as HR director, Europe. Woolley will focus on the engagement of global talent. She was previously with financial services firm CMC Markets, as Western HR operations manager.

Multi-sector recruiter Thorpe Molloy Recruitment has appointed Debbie Middleton as HR manager. She will be responsible for all in-house HR activities, including the development and implementation of employee training and development programmes. Middleton was formerly employment development team leader at engineering consultancy Amec.
