Recruitment trends 2014: Take part in the XpertHR survey

by Personnel Today 22 Sep 2014
by Personnel Today 22 Sep 2014

Take part in the 2014 XpertHR survey of recruitment trends to receive latest benchmarking data on key recruitment metrics, including time to hire and cost per hire.

Completing this short confidential survey will entitle you to:

Take part in the Recruitment trends 2014 survey now
  • a complimentary copy of the report of our findings on recruitment trends as soon as it is published; and
  • a free copy of the XpertHR good practice guide on recruitment selection techniques, emailed to you on completion of the survey.

Previous research carried out in 2012, before the economic recovery, found that it takes employers six weeks and costs them £1,500 to fill a typical vacancy, with line managers playing the central role in recruitment. Approaching half (44%) of organisations had experienced problems associated with recruitment – the main problem being the poor quality of candidates.

All respondents to the Recruitment Trends 2014 survey whose data can be used in XpertHR survey analyses will be entered into a prize draw for the chance to win £1,000.

The survey closes on Monday 6 October 2014.

The closing date for the prize draw is 31 December 2014, with the draw set to take place in the week commencing 26 January 2015. Please note that the prize is 2 x £500 and the winners will be notified by email in the week commencing 26 January 2015.
