Redbridge College has selected MidlandHR’s iTrent to provide HR and Payroll services to its workforce of 350 employees.
By deploying multiple modules including employee and manager Self-Service, absence management, recruitment, people development, learning events administration and operational health and safety, iTrent will assist the College in placing its students firmly at the heart of everything it does.
Through the seven year contract, Redbridge College, which celebrates the multi-cultural background of its learners and employees, will utilise iTrent’s advanced Self-Service capabilities to empower its employees with greater control and responsibility, facilitating an enhanced strategic outlook and maximising employee engagement.
