The Consulting Consortium appoints Jill Wade

Jill Wade has been appointed Head of Learning Solutions and HR for The Consulting Consortium, a London and Yorkshire based consultancy firm specialising in providing strategic regulatory consultancy for financial services firms. 
 
Ms. Wade, a senior HR professional with many years experience and in-depth expertise of policy, regulation and legislation joins The Consulting Consortium furnished with a Masters degree in Human Resource Development, a degree in Personnel, a level IV NVQ in Management and a Certificate in Training and Development.
 
Ms. Wade holds several professional qualifications including Leadership Excellence from HBOS, a Coutts qualification in Stress Management and Counselling and a Croner qualification in Bonuses and Incentives.
 
Joanne Smith, CEO of The Consulting Consortium, said: “Jill brings with her a superb variety of experience and qualifications and I have no doubt at all that she will be a fantastic addition to our growing team here.
 
“With regulatory issues set to the top the agenda in 2008, Jill brings with her the perfect blend experience and insight to help us provide the very best consultancy services to enable firms to navigate these issues successfully.”
 
During her career, Ms Wade has developed change programmes to assist Senior Managers and HR Business Partners to deliver major organisational change.

She is also a highly experienced project leader; having successfully overseen the introduction of a Training and Competence  Scheme across the HBOS retail contact centre network.
 
Her role at The Consulting Consortium will see her provide leadership for the company’s Human Resources team, developing and executing a HR strategy to support the business in its continued growth.
 
Immediately prior to joining The Consulting Consortium, Jill worked as HR and Training Manager for Colleague Engagement, part of The Co-operative Group.
