Recruitment companies have provided valuable feedback to help enhance Topaz Financials.
Representatives from the recruitment sector, including credit controllers, were invited to a ‘Round Table’ discussion at the Institute of Directors in London for a brainstorming session designed to gain an insight into how Topaz Financials can help to eradicate labour intensive accounting tasks.
Geoff Griffiths, Topaz Managing Director and Eddie Stanley, Topaz Sales Director attended the event along with Stephen Bow, Topaz Financials Product Manager to take on board the feedback to enhance the use of the Topaz technology in a sector which has proved lucrative for the UK’s fastest growing enterprise software company.
Julian Barford, Finance Director of Medacs Healthcare Services, one of the UK’s leading healthcare staffing companies, attended the event and praised Topaz for providing the platform to discuss his financial processing requirements.
“I certainly welcomed the opportunity to chat with other recruitment companies and then provide details of our processing duties that could be taken away and acted upon,” said Julian.
“It shows that Topaz has excellent customer relations and is willing to take on board our views and specific needs.
Topaz will be appearing at Softworld at the NEC Birmingham on October 17 and 18 to promote the Topaz Financials software along with Topaz Credit Control and Topaz EMS (Employee Management System).
