‘Toytown training’ will end up as the laughing stock

I think the whole process [of Airwavespeak training] (Personnel Today, 24 July) will be laughed at as ‘Toytown training’. By the examples in the article, rightly so.

Any type of training for verbal communication must have the support of the people who will be doing it. They need to see it makes sense and is going to add some sort of value to their job.
