William Hill partners Full Potential to deliver leadership coaching

William Hill has selected leadership and coaching specialists Full Potential Group (FPG) to deliver a highly-targeted coaching to maximise performance programme to its leadership community.

Following recent management development reviews, William Hill identified coaching as part of the solution to assist them in creating a fundamental shift in perspective amongst its leaders to embrace a whole new level of management capability, transforming focus from operational ‘task’ to more strategic behavioural leadership and development of people.

The programme will initially involve a group of key managers from across the business.  Senior leaders will also be up-skilled to help create powerful role-models who will be fundamental catalysts in driving results through people at William Hill.
