Staff at Windsor-based
recruitment consultancy Robert Half have received a morale boost after their
company installed Tesco’s online shopping service on their work PCs.
The scheme was the brainchild
of managing director Steve Carter, who announced at the company’s New Year
meeting that IT engineers would install Tesco Direct onto all the company’s
computers.
Head of HR Fiona Kyle said the
scheme had helped to improve the mood of the company’s 23 offices across the
UK.
She said, “Many of our staff
have to work long hours and this allows them to spend more time with their
families.”
