Wright Solutions strengthens booming recruitment division.

After securing a number of prestigious new contracts, Birmingham-based Wright Solutions have announced a second expansion in five months!

Wright Solutions are the Midlands’ leading training and HR recruitment specialists and provide a range of corporate training and HR recruitment services to many of the region’s foremost employers.

Having recruited two new Training Account Executives in June, the company has now strengthened its recruitment division with the appointment of Lucy Hepburn, an experienced Recruitment Consultant. Hepburn joined Wright Solutions on 23 October and will work closely with a number of existing clients in addition to helping develop new business.

Jon Terry, operations director at Wright Solutions explained “the last six months have been incredibly successful for Wright Solutions. We have secured new contracts with several new clients and have been heavily involved in the production of a HR and people management TV programme that will be screened on Sky’s Parliamentary Diary channel. Meanwhile, our HR think tank ‘The Hub’ will break new ground in November with its first ‘Super Hub’ event”.

Terry continued, “Lucy will support our busy recruitment team in sourcing high calibre HR and training professionals for our rapidly expanding client base”.

Lucy Hepburn added, “Wright Solutions adopt a really refreshing approach to recruitment and I am looking forward to putting my experience to good use working with their clients, many of whom are household names”.
