Paul Wright explained:
“competition in most market sectors is now fiercer than ever. In order to be successful in the future therefore, organisations need to address their current working cultures and practices. The workshop will demonstrate how innovative approaches can be adopted to provide the working environments that will enable organisations to compete more effectively. As a Birmingham based company, we are delighted to be given the opportunity to deliver the workshop at the AGM of the CIPD’s Birmingham branch, and look forward to working with its members”.
