Meyler Campbell appoints Director of Accreditation

by Personnel Today 7 Oct 2009
by Personnel Today 7 Oct 2009

Meyler Campbell, the UK’s leading business coaching training company, today announced the appointment of Elizabeth Mullins to be the company’s first ‘Director of Accreditation.’

Elizabeth will be responsible for managing Meyler Campbell’s existing accreditations for its Business Coach™ programme, including the annual review with the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC) and accreditation from the Solicitors’ Regulation Authority (SRA), formerly the Law Society of England and Wales. Elizabeth will also be responsible for seeking and obtaining new accreditations for Meyler Campbell, including at the University Master’s Level.

Elizabeth is a Graduate of Meyler Campbell’s Business Coach™ Programme and made the transition to coaching following a 24-year career in the legal and financial services sectors – much of it spent at board level. She is currently Managing Director of the business coaching practice, Morgan Mullins Associates.

Said Meyler Campbell Managing Director, Anne Scoular:

“Elizabeth’s appointment today is a key milestone in Meyler Campbell’s development as we seek to build even further the standing of our Business Coach™ Programme and Faculty of world-class tutors, and meet the needs of our business coaching community.”

“Having initially stayed above the accreditation fray and developed the Business Coach™ Programme as a hallmark of excellence in its own right, we are supplementing that by making sure it also gets the external endorsements and accreditations it deserves. As both an outstanding business coach and with years of commercial experience, including in the quasi-regulatory sector, Elizabeth has the perfect experience and skills set to take us forward.”

Her words were backed up by Elizabeth Mullins:

“I am tremendously excited about my new role with Meyler Campbell. With so many accreditation bodies having raised their game recently, it’s vital we remain right up to date on what’s going on in accreditation and that we partner with the right organisations who are actively advancing the discipline of business coaching. Being a former graduate of Business Coach™ – which I believe to be the premier business coach training programme in the UK today – will help me advocate its benefits and make sure we team up with the very best.”
