On the move: John Roberts, Beryl Cook and Candice Dillingham

Ford Retail has appointed John Roberts as HR director. He will be responsible for ensuring the HR function is aligned with the company’s commercial objectives. Previously, he was group HR director at the Greene King brewery.

Beryl Cook has been appointed as chief HR officer at News Corporation. She will lead the global HR function, overseeing recruitment, retention and staff development. Cook was previously director for people and organisational development at News Corporation’s part-owned BSkyB division in the UK.

Candice Dillingham has joined Nationwide Maintenance in the new role of HR manager. She is responsible for setting up company processes and procedures across five locations.
