Alexander Mann Solutions (AMS), the global leader in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), has signed a contract with stock market-listed Bond International Software to provide Bond Adapt, the market leading recruitment software application, to some of its existing clients.
Bond Adapt will be deployed within AMS to manage its activity across three of its most notable clients – Vodafone, Zurich Insurance and Siemens IT Solutions and Services (UK and Germany) – and in so doing, will manage in excess of 7,000 candidates per year. The software will provide online portal access for AMS’s clients, candidates, suppliers and consultants, therefore allowing a fully visible and end-to-end recruitment process within one system, and will also automate the consultants’ timesheet submission and approval.
