The UK’s leading independent provider of high-level interim executives has launched a new look, a new name and plans that will challenge the traditional model of interim management.
Nick Robeson, chief executive, said: “Our plans are in response to increasing demands from successful private and public sector organisations for immediate access to the best available management capacity and capability.
“We have also developed a number of innovative and challenging management services to complement and enhance our core business, and in order to carry these forward we needed to operate from a new and distinct platform, which is Alium Partners.
“Changing our name is a logical development following our very high growth since our MBO in 2003. Alium Partners will continue to grow and develop its UK operations, building upon the skills of our business sector professionals, our wide and talented pool of interim executives and extensive blue chip client base.”
Latest figures from the Interim Management Association show that the use of interims is increasing significantly.
Robeson added: “We are the leading independent provider of high level interim executives and our aim is to replicate this position internationally. Alium will extend its services internationally across Europe, the Middle East and Far East.
Alium means ‘another person’ or ‘different person’ in Latin and, for a company providing talent on demand, we think that’s appropriate.”
Alium is the UK’s leading independent provider of high level interim executives. Alium serves the private and public sectors with high level interim executives, from its office in the heart of the City of London.
