TITAN Technology Partners, a global provider of consulting and outsourced industry solutions, today announced it has acquired UK based Application Lynx Ltd.

The powerful combination creates a leading global services provider for Oracle Human Capital Management (“HCM”) solutions with over 100 Oracle HCM clients served globally and a team of dedicated HCM and BPO professionals to strengthen TITAN’s position as a dominant provider of Oracle based solutions.  TITAN has over 10 years of experience providing a full range of professional and managed services to over 600 clients running Oracle.

From its base in London, Application Lynx serves clients throughout Europe.  Additionally, Application Lynx adds several innovative deployment solutions for HCM to compliment TITAN’s S2V™ (Speed to Value) methodology in bringing rapid value to our clients.

“The addition of Application Lynx in combination with our existing Oracle HCM and BPO capabilities creates a single Global Oracle HCM solutions team capable of planning, building, hosting, managing and outsourcing Oracle worldwide,” stated Michael A. Vadini, CEO and Founder of TITAN Technology Partners. “The synergies from this strategic acquisition and the exceptionally talented group of professionals from Application Lynx will help TITAN accelerate our vision to maximize the value our clients seek with HCM and ERP solutions in executing their business strategies.”

Mark Pulling has been appointed Senior Vice President, Oracle Operations for Europe.  Prior to the acquisition, Mr. Pulling was a co-founder and served as the Managing Director of Application Lynx, bringing over 19 years experience in providing Oracle solutions to Europe.  Mr. Pulling and his three co-founders, Timothy Lacey, Sarju Shah and Kamaljit Mundair, bring over 50 years of Oracle experience, while becoming the leading Oracle HCM consultancy in the UK. The co-founders are alumni of Oracle Corporation having served in various development roles in the US and Europe prior to founding Application Lynx in 2003.

“The combination of Application Lynx and TITAN creates a superior value proposition for our clients and allows TITAN to expand Oracle HCM and BPO solutions across Europe at a much faster pace,” stated Mr. Pulling.  “We can now provide our European-based client’s seamless support for their Oracle based solutions anywhere in the world.”
