More than 2,500 employees at gas and power giant E.ON have signed up to a new flexible benefits scheme launched last month.
The ‘My Choice’ scheme offers a variety of benefits ranging from discounted bicycles, insurance cover and discount retail vouchers.
Employees can also trade in some benefits, such as holiday, and receive the value as extra salary, or swap up to 50% of their salary for benefits.

Ant Donaldson, senior specialist for employee benefits at E.ON, said: “Many of the benefits can cover colleagues’ family members and are designed to help our employees get the most out of their leisure time, protect their health and wellbeing and provide greater financial security.”
E.ON now plans to extend the scheme further, adding new benefits to attract more of its 17,500 UK workers.
