HCL AXON chose Thomsons Online Benefits as a strategic partner, with the aim of enhancing the employee experience of their 650 plus workforce.
An effective communications strategy was devised to boost benefit awareness and understanding amongst employees. The reward brand ‘Choices’ was created for the launch together with an electronic brochure and group presentations with Thomsons’ advisers.
Employees have real time access to their Total Reward Statements at the bespoke HCL AXON site, built with Thomsons’ award winning technology PerquisiteTM. This enables them to tailor their benefits according to their lifestyles while easing administration burden for HR. Some of the benefits on offer are PMI, Dental Insurance, cinema tickets, and ‘give as you earn’.
HCL AXON is also now providing a matched one percent contribution to employees’ GPP. When an employee chooses to contribute via salary sacrifice, HCL AXON also passes back their NI savings. Moreover, ‘my pension’ tool on PerquisiteTM empowers employees’ decision-making by enabling them to select contribution levels and view their funds forecast in real time.
