ChangeMaker International, one of the UK’s leading change management and leadership training providers, is delighted to announce its partnership with Asian consultancy I Will Not Complain (IWNC), which offers leadership and development programmes in Japan, China and Malaysia.
ChangeMaker International has worked with clients across the globe and has increasingly noticed that its global clients need additional support with local language facilitators and consultants in the growing Asian economies and in turn, IWNC has a portfolio of well-respected clients that need support in Europe. The partnership will enable both businesses to offer its clients consistent support across Europe and Asia.
Chris Howe, Chief Executive of ChangeMaker International, said: “We recognise that our clients look for global coverage that delivers a consistent quality and approach, combined with local knowledge in order to create the sustainable change that they require. IWNC was the obvious choice for a partnership – we have known the consultancy for more than ten years and its values and approach are similar to ours. I look forward to a long lasting relationship.”

Hirohisa Ishikawa, Chief Executive of IWNC, said: “Our clients operate in over 20 countries in the region, as well as increasingly moving into Europe, so to partner ChangeMaker International seemed the logical choice. Our clients can work with the consultancy to develop solutions to their European focus and in return our staff understand the impact of Asia’s diverse cultures on business operations in the region and can conduct programmes in English, Chinese, Japanese and Bahasa Malaysian. I am certain that this will be a successful partnership IWNC, ChangeMaker and our clients.”
