HumanConcepts announces new validated integration for Oracle

Integration provides extended workforce modelling and visualisation technology to the Oracle® E-Business Suite Human Resource Management System

HumanConcepts, the leading provider of workforce decision support software, today announced that integration between OrgPlus Enterprise 3.3 and the Oracle® E-Business Suite Human Resource Management System 12.0 has been validated through the Oracle Partner Network Application Integration Architecture for Partners (AIAP) initiative. Partners with validated integrations are able to provide customers with standards-based product integrations, tested by Oracle. The integration between HumanConcepts’ OrgPlus and the Oracle E-Business Suite enhances Oracle customers’ ability to visualise workforce data, communicate accurate organisational information and manage workforce change.

With OrgPlus Enterprise, named Top HR Product of 2008 by Human Resource Executive® magazine, customers will be able to extend the value of the rich workforce insight available from the Oracle E-Business Suite. Integrated with the Oracle E-Business Suite, OrgPlus enables non-HR personnel access to critical information without compromising Oracle security.

“We use the combined solution to help significantly reduce workload and clarify organisational resources and structure to optimise our business; this solution gives us superior insight into critical information that drives our decision-making and enables us to maintain advantage in the highly-competitive, ever-changing global Medical Device market,” said Stuart Beesley, CIO, Smiths Medical.
