Huxley Associates named one of Britains top employers for third consecutive year

by Personnel Today 11 Apr 2008
by Personnel Today 11 Apr 2008

Huxley Associates was delighted to find out that it had placed 14th in the Britains Top Employers 2008 book above many household names including ASDA, John Lewis Partnership, Oxfam and IBM UK.

This accolade reflects the importance Huxley Associates places on creating a fantastic working environment for its employees.

The judges from the Corporate Research Foundation, the organisation that decides which 78 companies deserve to be featured in the book, base their decision on criteria including pay and benefits, employee relations and corporate social responsibility.

Huxley Operations Manager Zoe Brent said: “I’m incredibly proud to be recognised so highly by such a prestigious publication. Whenever an independent assessment is done of your business its results are always insightful and we were pleased to learn that we had scored so highly. However, what is most important now is to continue to look at ways we can strive to improve for the future.”

The success of Huxley Associates to date can be attributed to the strength of the people it employs and accolades like this have proved to be extremely effective in attracting the very best individuals to apply.

The company has also won the coveted Great Places To Work award for the last four consecutive years.
