A survey of 1,500 office workers by recruitment agency Office Angels found that a majority of staff (52%) believed themselves to be team players who kept their ears to the ground and were positive and enthused by their work.
Judi James, psychologist and behavioural expert who carried out the study, said this group shared the characteristics of the lemur. More worrying to employers was the finding that one in four staff fell into the category of koala – those who prefer to be eating and sleeping rather than getting down to hard work.
