Kenexa, a global provider of business solutions for human resources, today announced the opening of its newest international office in Buenos Aires, Argentina. With offices in 19 countries, the Buenos Aires office marks Kenexa’s first physical presence in Latin America.

Phil Stewart, global practice leader for recruitment process outsourcing, commented, “We have recently experienced solid business growth thanks in part to the demand for our recruitment process outsourcing offering. By opening a ‘RPO Centre of Excellence’ in a region with a highly educated talent pool, we are enhancing our ability to support our clients in multiple languages. Not only does the Argentina location expand our global footprint, it also provides a local presence for the many large organisations headquartered in Latin America.”

Today, the Centre services more than 20 clients with plans to add an additional 20 clients in 2010. Combined with Kenexa’s knowledge in the human behaviour sciences, this location provides an unmatched ability to source more qualified candidates in and from this part of the world. The Argentina office already manages multi-lingual transactions in Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Peru, Brazil, Mexico and the United States.

Kenexa’s RPO offering combines science, technology and business process to deliver measurable quality candidates. The Argentina Centre of Excellence adds to existing Centres in China, India, Poland and Texas.

Latin American organisations will now also benefit from Kenexa’s significant investment in research and development as well as its award-winning technology offerings and comprehensive solutions for employee assessment, talent management, employment branding, employee engagement surveys, performance management and HR analytics.

Kenexa’s Argentina office is located at Gorostiaga 2355 12th Floor C1426CTQ CABA Argentina.
