UNIT4 Business Software, the UK division of UNIT4, the world’s leading provider of ERP for fast changing organisations, today announced that the sexual and reproductive healthcare charity and service provider Marie Stopes International, has selected Agresso Business World as part of a business-wide drive to improve process efficiency.
Marie Stopes will use Agresso’s integrated Human Resources (HR), Payroll and e-Recruiter solutions to centralise HR and Payroll information into one database, allowing the organisation to decrease administration, reduce costs and focus on more strategic HR and Payroll tasks.
“Out of the box, Agresso matched our requirements very closely. We liked the clear, intuitive functionality and the ease with which it can be configured, which is very important in helping the organisation adapt to change quickly and with minimal investment.” said Sharon Hynes, Vice President and People & Development Director at Marie Stopes.
HR and Payroll executives will have rapid access to information on training and development management, payroll, remuneration, staff changes, disciplinary procedures, recruitment and absence management, allowing them to make better informed decisions regarding workforce strategy. Crucially, self-service portals will allow managers and employees across the organisation to administer their own ever-changing personal HR data. The information will be stored on a single database, removing a considerable administrative burden from the HR & Payroll departments.
“Agresso will give us excellent visibility and control over our HR and Payroll data,” Hynes continued, “both departments will now be able to collaborate more effectively, reduce costs, improve employee productivity, remove unnecessary administration and focus on more strategic tasks. Agresso will help us promote best HR and Payroll practice.”
With more than 75 customers in the Third Sector, including eight of the top 50 UK charities, UNIT4 thoroughly understands this vertical and provides solutions that directly address the challenges it faces.
