On the move: Karen Edwards, Debra Larkman and Christine Morgan

Writtle College has appointed Karen Edwards as director of organisational development. Edwards will be tasked with reviewing processes and systems, and introducing new people management practices. She was previously HR director, training and development, at education advice group Connexions.

Building Design Partnership has appointed Debra Larkman as HR development director. Her responsibilities include developing a learning culture for the firm. Previously, Larkman was corporate HR manager, learning and development, at consultancy Arup.

Christine Morgan has moved to Sussex Police as head of learning and development. Her main responsibilities include ensuring professional delivery of all training interventions for the police officers and staff. Previously, she was head of resourcing for the Serious Organised Crime Agency.
